I know it's nice to think about being able to take days off when you work from home, sipping a cup of coffee while you watch all of your neighbors trudge through the snow to get to work.
And, yes, there is some of that, to be sure. You can set your own hours and pick and choose when you work (and who you work with).
But sometimes it means that you choose to work when other people have days off because you are building a business, and building a business takes work.
And that's okay.
If you work hard in the beginning, you can set up income streams to keep you going for years to come.
Just remember three things:
1. Don't work too much. Take breaks. Take care of yourself. Don't push yourself.
2. Take time for family. Holidays are about family. Be sure to carve out some time to spend with them.
3. Reward yourself. Pick a milestone, reach it, and reward your accomplishment.
